(Charlie's Towing), and Brown & Barnes, Inc., d/b/a Mosby's Towing & Recovery (Mosby's Towing), appeal from the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants Jefferson County and the Louisville/Jefferson County Purchasing Department. Plaintiffs' claims, brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, allege that defendants deprived them of a constitutionally protected property interest in connection with the awarding of publicly bid towing contracts with the County. We affirm.
